I would assume not, but the photo simply isn't clear enough for me to say one way or the other with any real level of confidence. See, someone did respond after all. Believe it or not, we all can't be here 24/7, but rarely will a serious question go unanswered.
Clearly on the vertical bar of the D it looks like something is going on. But sharper images are necessary to determine exactly what it is. Could be machine doubling or just a coincidentally placed hit from circulation.
