1983 penny doubled die reverse?

    Has a bubble like appearance on both obverse and reverse possible strike through both sides ?looks like a doubled die to. pictures are not the best.

    No doubling or strike through that I see.
    What I DO see is a bad case of plating blisters and probably other plating issues.

    Just a crappy plated Zincoln cent in my opinion. This is why I don't even bother looking at cents minted after 1982. If you plan on keeping that, you'd better find the best air tight container you can, because it will disintegrate before your eyes in a few years.
