A very very very common die chip in those letters of Liberty (or the date, in some cases). There are literally thousands more of them in circulation than there are collectors of them. Keep it as an interesting conversation piece, and good sharp eyes for spotting it, but it has no premium as an error because they are still very easy to find in any group of wheat reverse cents.
i guess Chip error is in-between L&B. its never been filled B, its a bit more metal/filled blank part/portion
