    Nice coin.

    I agree with Treashunt. You have a broadstrike error that is struck slightly off center. None of the lettering or devices are off the planchet so it is a broadstrike error and not an off center error.

    I see some damage on the obverse, about the 9 position, would you know what caused this. The coin is uncirculated
