1983 p quarter value

    I see one on ebay for 3,400 dollars. What makes that one so valuable.?

    Please provide the ebay quarter you are talking about.. the link if you know how to do that.

    Why do you keep asking these strange questions on perfectly normal Quarters?
    What country do you live in?

    OK here is the reason..
    If it is given a grade of MS-67 it's considered valuable.. your quarter is circulated

    Unless you can get one in a PCGSMS67 holder, it's not worth anywhere close to $3000. For what the one you're showing us is worth, just look on the back of it, it says it right there.

    Hi. These have to still have a little luster to bring a premium. Nice shiny examples from circulation will bring as much as $20 sometimes but they are getting very difficult to find in this condition.
