Hmmmmm.. I'm curious as to a value myself. I have a couple of State Quarters just like that. I'll try to put up pics later.

 

I would like to see them, also I hope some one out there will be able to give a reply to what their worth. Take care

 

The folks who hang out in the Error Coins forum might be the best equipped to respond on this.

 

Here's the one I've got (actually two, recieved them as change. By the time I noticed them and went back to see if I could get the rest of the roll, yep, you guessed it, too late. ) 1999-D Delaware.
