1983 P lincoln cud?

What is going on with this coin? I looked through coppercoins...and found nothing. It almost appears that it is the archways of the memorial building reversed itself and landed south. hmmm..anyone have any ideas what this could be?:bow:

I don't see those column problems, but the lump by the bottom rim is just die deterioration.
