1983 P Kennedy Half Missing Initials and errors

    I'm pretty sure this is die deterioration but still wanted to check. No initials and all of the stars look round. Sexy right.

    Orange peel kind of gives it away but behind his ear looks like a clash.

    Maybe flow lines or took an acid bath. Probably excessive flow lines. I think I see the FG barely.
