After I spotted this my buddy dubbed it the 'Hanging Memorial' Penny. Said it looks like a banner. I've never seen all four corners cracked before. Anyone else have one/seen it? Guy at the local shop offered me some dough for it. I passed. I'd rather keep it -- It may not be the next 'big thing' that sends people clamoring to the bank for rolls; but if it's one of a kind (which I doubt -- there's got to be more), I'm happier with it in my collection.
found a bunch with two cracks an few with 3 but havent found any with all 4 corners yet... nice coin..
It's very common to find die cracks on the corners of the memorial. Finding them on all four corners is not so common. They're kinda cool although not much value.
