1983 Lincoln Cent Doubled Die Memorial????

    I had a question about the Reverse of this 1983 Lincoln Cent on the Memorial Building left side the Corner looks Doubled and completely different them any other coin I've seen. Please see pictures provided of this Reverse Cent and leave any feedback. Thanks so much!

    i see die cracks in the 2 lower corners an what look like PMD on top left corner..but like stated above..closer pics..
