I found this coin/token? dated 1983 while roll searching U.S.Halfs this afternoon.

It's showing the Great Wall of China on one side and the date 1983 on the other.


It weighs approx .3305 oz / 9.35 Grams.

Is this from China and is it a coin/token/ any value?
