thank YOu for the heads up Urbanchemist!!! sorry about that took out the link didnt know just found out thats a no no from another site that is not as polite as this one and is full of know it alls that might know about coins but not people...
I feel like the OP was asking if we thought he/she should buy the pictured coin or avoid it, not try to sell it? Might be wrong, might be right...
Do you have photos of the entire coin, both obverse and reverse? How much is the seller asking? These are questions that need to be answered before anyone can give you an opinion on whether to buy or pass. Chris
Then I would agree that photos of the entire coin, front and reverse, that are in focus would really be the only way for people here to voice an informed opinion on your prospective coin purchase. Even the photos provided are too blurry to determine the type of variety/error and condition of the coin you are referring to. Thanks!
Fair enough, but if this is not your listing, I do not see a problem with posting the link as that would be the quickest and best way to get your answer, but if you are not the seller and only wish to gather opinions, here is mine: stay away from this seller. It is a four coin ebay listing that purports to be for two 83-P 1C DDRs and two 83-P 1C DDOs. One of the DDRs is claimed to be the big one for the date (801?) while the others WDDR-002 and two WDDO-001 (I think). The seller uses horrible digital microscope images/video and is asking $1500BIN or a $500 opening bid. He/she also has three other listings up that are, well, let’s just say “questionable” and this includes the supposed 2004 FL 25C “discovery piece” from the OP’s other thread, and two supposed 84-P 1C DDOs.
