Depends on the severity. Maybe .50¢ to $2, unless it is very dramatic. I have seen a dramatic one go for $25.
Hi, I'm not buying the CUD aspect of this coin. Die clash, yes....CUD, i doubt it. The shank of the die breaks when a CUD is involved. The shank of the die includes the surface of the coin. Since this anomaly is confined outside a distinct rim on the coin, it is more likely something that occurred because of a slight chip in the collar, if that. It could also simple be a spot where a little metal was forced during the strike. Anyway, the face of the die is not effected so it likely is not a CUD. Thanks, Bill
