hey @Rose collecter that coin looks like a crisp new dollar bill. MS64. good luck to ya

 

Going with MS64 as well, see a couple very fine hairline scratches that keep it from going above 64 IMO

No mint sets made 82 83 to find one in MS rare.i found this in a coin roll.2020 quarters and 21 quarters are junk compared to this.Thanks pal for input .Good luck on your errors training.

 

I wouldn't call them rare might be a $5 coin at least,uncommon to find in a roll.

 

Did you like the 1983 p quarter on this sites ad Littleton coins.

 

My gut tells me it has a rub but if wrong then MS-64 looks right.

It's a $3 coin with a rub and $10 without.
