1983 DDR? building left side very different

Hello all... i tired to take the best pictures i could ... and it appears to be a bit weaker than the 001 but much more that the 002 any info would be great

Nope. Look at those letters and other devices. Flat and shelf-like.

 

thanks for the reply its been throwing me for a loop i thought it was machine doubling but the straightness of the 2 and 3rd appearing edge on the building are symmetrical and has no angle change is that because its closer to the middle and the twist/push would not appear? the right side has the lower flat appearance of doubling in (america) the opposite way
