1983 DDO or just another plain old penny?

Taking information from this page: http://www.pcgscoinfacts.com/Coin/Detail/38064
& comparing my coin to it. Does this look like the variation, or is it just another penny? I'm having a hard time deciding myself.

Actually, this seems to be how all the 83's look. I'm thinking this isn't anything now lol.

 

The reverse is normal on the DDO, it is the obverse ( Lincoln) that has the doubling. The 3 is the most noticeable to me.You only show the reverse. It happens to everyone sometime or the other! Jim

 

DDO = Doubled Die Obverse.
