1983 D Reverse Error?

    I am new to this site, so please take it easy ;)
    I just started coin roll hunting a little over a month ago, today I found this 1983 D Nickel. The front is in good condition, it is the back that has me taking multiple looks.
    Please look at the pictures and let me know what you think

    It is Die Deterioration. Caused from a worn die. It common on those 80s Nickel.
