This is the First time I have ran acrossed a 1983 D that the OF on the Back is an OP....took to a coin dealer and he said its a filled Dye and he was pretty impressed and never saw one before do to not having a scanner I had to take it of my cell so pics show it soso ...But I wonder if its worth much the dealer couldnt put a value to it....
does look cool, filled dies/die chips are pretty common, yours is in a neat spot but coin is kinda rough, might get a few bucks on ebay
