I picked up an interesting batch of penny roles from a new bank i haven't tried before and I've been getting quite a few cents that I'll be posting soon that need your help with. Here's the first 1983 D Lincoln cent weighs in at the correct zincoln weight at 2.50 grams but it just feels not right in hand. Pictures attached is this a plating error from the mint or a cent that spent a bad week in a parking lot?

It looks a little rough, but does not look special to me, But I am not an expert.

[IMG][IMG] This is a comparison image. This is a regular, although uncirculated one.
