Looks like a long Linear Plating Blister.. Not a Die Crack

Linear Plating Blisters is gas underneath the Copper.

IMO this could be either from the photos given. A plating blister will be hollow underneath the copper plating. A die crack will be solid. But it is very rare for a die crack to be so strait. It also looks as if the line continues to the OF or further and through the N of ONE.
I do agree that it looks more like a plating blister.

I would have to pick at it to see if it is hollow.
