1983 a/a

I found a 1983 penny and while examining the reverse side i noticed doubling in the A in "STATES". Any info will be helpful thanks =)

There is a great possibility that its just machine doubling...

 

ok thanks for your input, i was thinking that too but it's very noticable without a loupe as well although im not sure if that would make a difference.
