ok I have two of these cents a 1983 and a 1984 can anyone tell me why is one of the Y's is higher than the other? the first 2 Pics are the 1983 cent and the last 2 pics are the 1984 cent.
I edited my first reply because I thought you were asking something different. now I belive you are asking why one is higher up on the coin than the other one. this is bcause the dies for each coin was not aligned the same.
