Well,Machine Doubling will PUSH and create the illusion that its a DDO but a Real US mint double Die Cent will ADD to coin.
Also,compare your whole cent.Is there consistency in that doubling or just haphazard.A real Double die cent will be showing more unifrom Doubling.

You might have a RPM.

 

Here's some info to help you determine if it's a RPM or not. I see no RPM.
