I'm sorry, Mickey, but I just don't see the doubling on your coin that is shown on the plate coin. The position of your lighting is washing out the most important part. Chris
+1 here, I'm afraid you zoomed in too much with whatever camera you used and it's too pixelated. I highly recommend simply putting a 10x loupe in front of your phone camera and snapping a photo or two.
This last photo is your best photo. Please stop zooming in or cropping it down and take a photo with just a loupe in front of your camera. No one can see anything when it is so pixelated.
Nah not at all from my understanding it is a 1982 zinc everything matches up and yeah its hard to get a good shot with this camera phone
Isn't the variety the OP is claiming this to be the one that @ziggy9 discovered? If so, and I'm sorry, but no...
Well look i know what i have and that's all that matters so i really don't care who does not want another 1982 found just to keep the price up not my problem my coin will grade higher and will sell if that's what i choose to do with it....at first i was in it for the money but now i have grown a love for the hunt and when i find something that i can sell i rather keep it
Yeah, that's it... it's a conspiracy and we're all in on it. Please.. You're right though. It isn't your problem and simply because it's something you're never going to have to deal with. Your coin vs. the earlier mentioned variety: End of story.
Mickey I have been hoping for years that more would be discovered. as far as my wanting to keep the numbers down to drive the price up? I sold mine several years ago and wouldn't benefit either way. Richard
