1982 Zinc DDO

Am I seeing things or does this pretty 1982 coin have DDO?

No it's as i call it the zilincon effect,still a cent.

 

Without weights, it's difficult to tell if it is a Zincoln or copper. In late 1982, they switched to a copper coated zinc (which is why it is called a Zincoln). From what I can see on your photo, it is a worn die issue and NAV. Spend it.
