It's the 82-D small date that is the unicorn. This one is QC (questionable color) may have been cleaned. In MS grades the 82 Philly small date copper, and small date zinc carry a premium. In fact, the zinc is the rarer coin.

If it's a Philly small date, and in excellent condition, it is a good coin. (1982-P zinc) That's the one I am missing to complete my set.
@furryfrog02 Here is an interesting thread.. I saw it while on vacation! Why do people think these 1982 should be graded with them being in such horrible condition?
