1982 small date Lincoln?

    This 1982 penny has pinkish-red color noted to it and it weighs 3.1 grams. Can someone tell give me information on this penny? Are there errors here?

    Is this 1982 small date penny with error? It has a pinkish tint to it in certain places. It weighs 3.1 grams.

    Glad You weigh it 1982 d small date anything over 3.0 grams ur good welcome im a maven when it comes to the 82 large and small dates but dont forget they only have one example so i dont pass up any 82 d thats bronze

    Looks like a slightly tone 1982 Copper small date to me...no error just toned.

    That is a small date. I thought the pinkish was some original mint luster that remained. Not disagreeing with the toning, that's what I thought the pink was.

    Yes. Looking at other pictures showing “mint luster” examples, this penny resembles a very similar look. Is this more common than I’m familiar with? How does it effect the value of a coin?

    This date/variety coin has a premium but in MS grades.
    It may be a keeper, but it's not worth much
