So, every now and again, I have seen a thread here about the 1982 Washington Commemorative Half Dollar. (and the lack of respect they get.)

My question is, with the proof versions (s-mintmark) is there any premium attributable? or Is even the 1982-s version only worth the silver?

I'm asking because, with the price of silver rising so rapidly, all the pricing guides and references are having a hard time keeping up. Too frequently, I"m seeing the 82-s listed as worth less than the silver. My theory is there is a premium, but because of publication lag times, this premium isn't being reflected in a more real-time manner.

Does anybody have references that can track the value of these coins? (Ideally so that a premium can be determined as a figure independent of the silver. i.e. the coin carries a 5%, 10%, 2% premium etc... or perhaps as a whole dollar figure...)
