1982 S Proof Nickel Flat Field Doubling?

    Good evening Cointalk,

    I was just going through a proof set I purchased recently and found this nickel. I have found other sources that suggest this may be flat field doubling, but I wanted to run it by you all and see what you think. Warning, there's a ton of pictures. Some of the doubling is clearly MD, flat and shelf like, but the rest of it looks legit to me.

    Proof coins are specially struck twice.
    There will be some sort of weird doubling at times.
    Nothing to do with a Doubled Die variety IMHO

    @paddyman I am on board with that, it's 100% not a doubled die variety of any sort, my question was whether or not what is being show here is flat field doubling, as I intend to put it into my collection for my kiddos for when I get old and pass on, and according to all of my reading on flat field doubling it adds a small premium for collectors. Trying to think ahead.
