Here is one of my recent acquisitions, a 1982-s Proof. I was wondering what grade it would get? I have no clue how to grade proofs. There is a little haze in the fileds on the Obv, but the Rev looks OK. Thanks
Curious, was this found in circulation? I always thought it would be odd to assign an AU grade or lower to the proofs I find in circulation, but assumed that would be the convention.
Actually, I bought it from a dealer... It was marked $2.75 but I talked him down to $1.50 because of the hazyness. What can I say, I'm a sucker for 1982 cents... I don't know why... I just am...
