Hello any help would be apprieciated I have a 1982 Quarter that is lighter than a regular quarter and is shiny like a normal quarter but the head and the eagle on the quarter are dull in color and has a different texture feeling it lookks like the color of the old zinc dimes that they made so any help on this topic would be helpful.
You say it is lighter so the first question that needs to be answered is what does it actually weigh?
"Lighter" in color or weight? Either way, pictures are required to adequately explain the damage to you coin.
