I recently randomly grabbed a quarter off of my desk and look at it, and it looks a lil strange to me, it looks as though there are two rings at the top and they end near the middle of the coin, and the date is cut off on the bottom. I did a google search and came across this site. I was wondering if anyone here could help , or try to help me figure out if i should save this coin?

Thankss (= I thought it looked odd but I wasnt sure, I'm wondering about another coin I found about 15 years ago, its not a currency though, at least that I know of, is it ok to ask about it here?

It would only be a off-center strike if both sides were off-center to the same side. Otherwise it would be a misaligned die. Yours looks significant enough to hang on to. Or it could be minted on the wrong planchet. A closer examination would tell what it actually is. Ask what ever, wherever. It will get shuffled to the correct place.

most likely a Mis Aligned Die.

    No added value.

A minor misaligned die. It has no market value.
