I'm new to coin collecting, so I may be wrong, but I was scouring my change for error coins when I came across this 1982 penny with what almost looks like a small date, as opposed to the usual large date. Unsure if some sort of PMD could have caused this, as it appears to have a bit of a blob or some sort of ding on the 2, and as far as I know, only one of these has been found, but I figured it was worth inquiring about. I'll attatch a picture of it, along with a picture of a typical 1982 penny for reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
It was a 1982 D Mint small date that was found. You have a normal Philadelphia. https://www.numismaticnews.net/article/rare-1982-d-small-date-copper-found
