    What mint Mark is this? Looks like Denver but they had small dates starting October, west point no mint Mark, and it's not an s ??? I'm confused received_621874524910489~2.jpeg Screenshot_20190102-100711~2.png

    If it's a copper plated zinc Planchet then its a Plating Bubble or blister.. If a Copper Cent than maybe a small Lamination.
    There is no printing on coins. Paper currency is printed ;)

    Yes. West Point struck cents for circulation 1975 - 1986 and quarters 1976 - 1979.
