1982 Penny Distinction?

I was wondering how to tell the difference between the copper and the zinc 1982 pennies aswell as small and large dates? Any help appreciated. Thanks!

awesm. I was just wondering about how to tell the difference.

 

To discern between copper and zinc cents, just flip it like you would for a Heads or Tails coin toss. Make sure your thumb nail flips the cent. Copper rings slightly; zinc just makes a click. Ta Da.....

This was my old method...I like the tongue depressor now. I'm going to call and see if Binford makes a super heavy duty one!
