I hardly look closely at dimes. I just dont get real excited about them. I researched what I could and ruled out a doubled die among other things. My question is simple. When looking at other dimes I have and online, the "dot" between the E and P on the reverse seems to be clearly in between not touching either letters. This dot looked not right. I just want to make sure before putting it in my coin star cup....this type of thing where the dot is almost embedded into the P is from die deterioration correct? This isnt some sort of error that I am ignorant of?

Slightly different angle...you can see it riding right up against the P...

This is just a worn die correct?
