Morning Gents. I wa going through some penny bank rolls last night and came across this Lincoln with what looks to be a double die error in the 'United States of America' logo. I'll attach 3 lg pics so that they can be zoomed in on. I tried searching Google and only found a couple of links about it.

    Any thoughts? Thx, Chuck

Sorry but all I see is damage, maybe some die deterioration doubling and some md. The coin is pretty beaten up.

    Jello,
PCGS lists 33 1982 small date zincs in MS67. There are only 3 1982 DDR known to exist at this point.

camdenlee... your "ED" looks flat and shelf like... the three known doubled 1982 reverse "ED" are north, south and don't appear flat and shelf like.
I took the upper image off of the Lincoln Cent Resource site, and of course yours is the bottom image.
