1982 Lincoln Cent with a "1" engraved on Reverse?

    I have a 1982 Lincoln Cent Coin that on the Reverse side its has a "1" engraved right in the middle of the Reverse of Coin. I have never seen this and tried to look it up on internet but nothing came up, so that makes me think that someone just engraved it on there own terms? anyone hear of this? thanks for any help
