High Grade Found this Can't find any info only the 97 is comparable it looks pretty much almost the exact same thing so I don't know what to do about that I can't find it anywhere what are you guys think on this one I added a photo of the 97

After doing more researching found a 1983 on u tube with the same exact error it's

It is probably a plating blister by the looks of the rest of the coin.

It's funny you sent me that I did buy one on Amazon and I returned it because you put the penny under it and the coin was upside down it didn't make sense to me maybe I just need to do some research on that and get some advice
