1982 large date over small?

    I found this penny and to me it looks like it was stamped with a small date then stamped again with a large date it weights 3.1 can anyone tell me anything about it?

    its a parking lot cent.. all damage, even if by some chance it was a large over small (which its not) it would never be worth more than face value...
