I hear that there is a 1982 double die reverse and there is only two known is this correct? and can this possibly be a double die reverse 1982??

no I see doubling on the reverse in all the lettering and building esp. the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA also in ONE CENT looks like a major T or E looks like
