That coin in the photo is worth .01 cent. They made 17 billion cents in 1982, there is a premium for the small date Philly in MS grade copper, or zinc. The 1982-D small date only comes in zinc. And it would have to be in much better condition to be worth anything. However, if your coin weighs 3.1 grams, then it is very valuable. If it weighs 2.5 grams, it's worth 1 cent.
