Possibly but I'm not seeing the bottom split serif on yours as compared to the photos. Wear may be obscuring the die scratches also. Wait for the others to chime in.
Just found another possible 1982 D RPM, but it doesn't match up to the Cool, thanks! I also found a possible 1999 P wide AM that I will be posting in a moment! EDIT: It was confirmed NOT a wide AM.
Tough one but it looks like your "D" is slightly clockwise. Some photos from around liberty to check out would help too.
It weighs off as copper. I don't have a scale, so I just put it on a ruler in equinox, then put a zinc penny on one end, then both of the coins on the other end (One at a time.)
