1982 1c DDR? Help

this appears to be it. One direction, swollen devices, not great condition though. Any advice would be welcomed and appreciated.

Thank you, some of the devices look textbook DD. But after looking closely I think OneCent is reduced by shelving

 

No DDR .
On a zinc planchet .
If I had the coin, I would check it for a DDO .
