1981 Set with 2 SBA Dollars?

I have a 1981 set that contains 7 coins, wrapped in mint packaging. Kennedy Half, Q, D, N and Penny, but also has 2 SBA Dollar coins.

Can anyone tell me anything about it?

What you have is half of a mint set. Like Miedebe said they struck SBA's in San Fran that year and instead of putting it in the mint set in it's own sleeve they stuck it in with the Denver minted ones.
