I have found this 1981 quarter in some pocket change. It seems very nice. Is it graded high enough to be slabbed? IMG_0145.jpg IMG_0144.jpg

Not worth $30 to slab, regardless of the grade.

    Over 600 million minted.

    Not worth the submission fees.

I think it would grade AU58.

In that case, what should I do with it? Keep it? Spend it?

Not worth it to slab it, but I'd personally keep it, just because it's decent.

It looks to have a rub so only AU-58.

Without the rub it would be a typical MS-64. This date is tough with nice surfaces and high grade. Virtually none were saved but 3,000,000 were released in mint sets and many survive. About 1% are MS-65.
