there are significant similarities to the 1981 P DD01 listed on variety vista website. also im not sure what the marks on Washington's face are they almost look like viens throughout the neck and face regions. the lines are raised off of the coin any comments appreciated thanks.
It seems like the 'IN' has a die chip... The mint mark, though, could be a chip in the P or could be just disfigured from 40 years of circulation wear.
