1981 P Nickel near rim question.

    I come across this one awhile ago and never got around to posting. As you can see near the rim there are semi long gouges into the field,But under"IN" it is raised. Any thoughts are appreciated!     I've seen this effect on other Nickel dates,
    and I agree with Mike that, like the cent
    pictured, it's the result of a collar clash.
