1981-P Dime w/ wood grain look?

    I understand what causes the wood grain look (woodies) on copper cents. What would cause it on a copper-nickel clad dime? I guess copper-nickel would be an alloy, wouldn't it? Would it be an improper alloy mix? It only shows on the obverse. Thanks all!
