Heres another crazy cross-reference.. The first set of images will be from Wexlers site, and it states as follows: 1981-D 1¢ WDDO-001 Description: Extra thickness shows on the letters of IGWT and LIBERTY. Separation shows on the letters of GOD. Die Markers: Obverse: Circular die scratches show throughout the bust. Three nearly parallel die scratches run north to south between the O of GOD and the top of the head. Reverse: A die scratch runs WNW from the top of the N in UNITED to the rim. Cross References: Coppercoins: 1981D-1DO-001 The second set of images are from Coppercoins site, and states as follow: A spread to the center of the die can be seen on IN GOD WE of the motto. MDS markers Obverse Numerous die scratches from the lapel and the front of the jacket, to under the 19 of the date. Reverse Light NW-SE die scratches under the memorial base. Considering the fact this thread was nearly 3.5 years old I would call it more of a bump than a hijack, but no harm, no foul. Some folks ignore older threads, and considering your question has little in common with the subject of this one, it would be best just to start your own. That said, I see nothing noteworthy about the coin.
